1. Your Rights as a California Resident

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to delete: Request deletion of the personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
• Right to opt out: Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

2. Personal Information We Collect

In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers: First name and email address (provided voluntarily when completing the survey)
• Internet activity: Survey interaction data (e.g., question responses, completion status)

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account data, precise geolocation, or health information.

3. How We Use This Information

We use your personal information to record your survey responses, invite you to a complimentary Founder Wellbeing Mapping Session, and follow up with educational content relevant to what you shared. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Sharing with Service Providers

We share your information with service providers (including GoHighLevel for CRM and email delivery) who process it on our behalf to deliver our services. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

6. Exercising Your Rights

To submit a request under any of the rights described above, email Gather@gentleforceinst.com with "CCPA Request" in the subject line. Please include your name and the email address you used when completing the survey so we can verify your identity. We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will notify you of the extension.

7. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization and may still require you to verify your identity directly with us.
