1. Information We Collect

When you complete the Women Founders wellbeing survey, we collect your full name, email address, and survey responses. We may also collect basic usage and interaction data (such as survey completion status) through analytics integrations to improve the experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Record and review your survey responses
  • Email you about a conversation if you said you would be open to one
  • Improve the survey and overall funnel experience

3. Email Communications

Submitting the survey does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If you said yes to a conversation, Alaska may email you with the next steps. We do not share your email with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use GoHighLevel (GHL) as our customer relationship management and email delivery platform. Your data may be stored on their servers, subject to their privacy practices. We may also use analytics tools to understand how the survey is used. These providers process your data only as necessary to deliver our services and are bound by data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information as needed for the survey research and any conversation you requested. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights. EEA and UK residents may have rights under GDPR — see our GDPR Notice. California residents may have rights under CCPA — see our CCPA Notice.

7. Cookies

We use cookies to support survey functionality and analyze usage. See our Cookie Policy for details.
